Community Impact Projects Week 10 / Last Week

This week was the last week of CIP and we had to try and finish our projects. My groups project was a mural of a kiwi and it has a background of a forest. We just had to do the pretty big background and stick the rubbish on the kiwi. We came back after kiwi can then we started CIP for the day. Another teacher told my class what we were doing. The people doing the sculpture went in J2 and the people doing the mural went in J3. I was doing the mural so I went in J3 and carried on what I was doing last week for CIP.

After we went to our groups and sat down listening to the teacher like the group was doing and started working with my group. I was working on the grass for a bit. After that I worked on hot gluing pieces to the cardboard around the kiwi and making it the forest background that my group was thinking of.

About 30 mins or more after we started it was morning tea.

After morning tea some people had to go some other places, so the people that were still in class in my group worked on the background and did more hot gluing. When we finished most of the gluing I went to the art room to get more paint brushes. When I got back from getting the paint brushes there were not much left for me to do apart from letting the painting and tidying up with the rest of the group.

That's basically all that happened on the last week of CIP.
