In English we have been working on a short film based on the shakesphere play we read earlier in the year The Merchant Of Venice. We had a few weeks to come up with a idea, to make a story board, film and edit our film. Once we were done we had to answer questions about what we did.
I woukd show my groups short film but for reasons my group can not show our film but I will answer the questions.
1. Tell my readers about my film, our film is about getting excactly what you ask for and not what you were meaning.
2. What is your short film about? A kid asking their mother about getting a video game and using the short name for the game and them getting something else.
3. Howcis this a re telling of Merchant Of Venice? Because Shylock was asking for specifically what he agreed on, but then when it was given to him he regretted it.
4. What 2 additional film techniques did you use? What were the intended effects of these? Birds eye view and I think over the shoulder.
5. What were some of the challenge you encountered while doing this project? What learning did you gain from these? When I was sick I had to re-learn ehat we were doing when my group changed some parts and I would not of known until I came back.
6. What would you do differently if yoiu were to do this project again. Maybe try come to school every day we have English or not miss quite a few lessons because it was a little hard for the first like 10-20 mins.
